JT² Designs is a queer-led, United States-based apparel and merchandise brand committed to creating inclusive, community-centered products. The JT² Designs website is operated by JT² Designs ("we," "us," or "our"). We sell products directly to consumers through our website.

References to "you" or "user" in these Terms refer to any individual who accesses, browses, or purchases from the JT² Designs website.

Products & Ordering

We take care to accurately represent our products, but please be aware of the following:

• All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• JT² Designs reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue any product at any time.
• Colors and design details may appear slightly different on your screen than they do on the final product, due to differences in display settings and printing or manufacturing processes.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any amount charged.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law, including Oklahoma state sales tax where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction beyond what we collect.

JT² Designs uses secure, third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

In the event of a pricing error on the website, JT² Designs reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

Section 7
Shipping & Delivery

JT² Designs ships to addresses within the United States and may ship internationally at our discretion. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

JT² Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for any purchased products transfer to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, any loss or damage is subject to the carrier's claims process.

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. JT² Designs is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address as a result of information you provided.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. JT² Designs, yet each piece is custom made and we are not able to generally accept returns.  However, we if you have issue please reach out so we can discuss.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact JT² Designs using the contact information provided in Section 16 of these Terms. JT² Designs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Section 9
Prohibited Uses

To protect our community, customers, and platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its systems, other user accounts, or any data associated with the site.
