Refund Policy

At JT² Designs, your satisfaction matters to us — we want you to love what you ordered.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Every item in our shop is made specifically for you. When you place an order, production begins — your item is printed and created fresh, on demand. That means you're never getting something that's been sitting in a warehouse; it's made with care, just for you.

Because each product is custom-produced at the time of order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong size, a change of heart, or buyer's remorse. We know that's a bummer to read, but it's what allows us to keep offering high-quality, made-to-order products without waste.

Before you order, we really do encourage you to take a moment to review the sizing guides and product details on each listing — it makes a big difference. When in doubt, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we're happy to help.

2. Something Didn't Go Right? Let's Fix It.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain not what you ordered — that's on us, and we want to make it right.

Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. From there, we'll work with you to find the best resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or something else that makes sense for your situation. We don't want you stuck with something you're unhappy with — reach out and let's figure it out together.

To report an issue: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the problem. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can help.

3. Order Cancellations

We move fast — because fresh, made-to-order products don't make themselves. Production typically begins very shortly after an order is placed, which means our window for cancellations is small.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible (generally within a couple of business hours) and before production has begun. After that point, your order has likely already entered production and we won't be able to cancel it. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it in time.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't shown up, we'd first suggest checking with neighbors and getting in touch with your local carrier — sometimes packages are left in unexpected spots or scanned a little early.

If you've done that and still can't track it down, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help sort things out.

Please note that JT² Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. We process and ship to exactly what's provided, so please take a moment to double-check your address before placing your order.
